Vase Overlook



Vase Overlook is another of Janice Anne's perspective paintings.She uses the darker tones in shadows of the foreground and a lighter wash and soft colors in the background to make the atmosphere appear hazy in the distance.  The small hills in relation to the vases provides an illusion of depth.The smaller things are in the background, the further away they appear.
